Quality-Oriented Performance Evaluation System
We believe "Quality is the boss who pays our salary!" This "boss" definitely needs a comprehensive system to evaluate the translation, DTP, and project management quality, and salaries are then determined based on the results. That is why we have this quality-oriented performance evaluation system.
We developed a series of quality metrics that make it possible to measure translation, DTP and project management quality in the production process. Different quality scores (or grades) lead to either a positive or negative performance result.
Thanks to this system, we can provide extra-consistent high quality services to our clients, and our employees proactively improve the quality of their work . Our management team uses the performance evaluation results to make decisions on promotion, demotion, dismissal, and so on.
