Localization Sales Executive based in USA

Required Qualifications:
1. 3 – 5 years of solid sales experience in localization industry, good client data base is preferred
2. Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and attaining large projects from multinational companies;
3. Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients;
4. Enjoy being hands-on throughout the whole sales process from cold-calling, prospecting, following up and closing. Have deep passion to follow up and persistence in making cold-calls conversion to meetings.
5. Solid presentation, communication, and phone conversation skills
6. A go-getter who is highly responsible, good sense of urgency, enterprising and passionate in achieving assigned goals.
7. Vibrant and enjoy being part of a motivated, hard-working and forward-looking team.

Responsibilities
1. Identify big potentials, engage clients, build relationships and close deals to attain the sales goals and profitability;
2. Create sales strategy and cooperate with the whole sales team to develop new clients.
3. Coordinate with the production operations to ensure smooth project implementation;
4. Maintain long-term close relationships with key accounts and improve client satisfaction;
5. Participate in marketing activities to promote the company and build brand reputation.As a software tester, you will be required to test DBCS-enabled Chinese-version software or websites to find globalization and localization bugs, and review test cases and specifications for international issues.You will interface with developers, program managers, and localizers, to investigate problems, coordinate testing efforts, and apply solutions for rapid resolution.

TRANSLATOR

Qualifications:
 University degree, major in engineering
 Comprehension of one or more of the following languages: English, German, French, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese
 Knowledge of technical areas
 Proficiency in one Asian languages
 Comprehension of translation
 Strong sense of responsibility
 At least three years related experiences


QA ENGINEER (EDITOR/PROOFREADER)

Qualifications:
 University degree, major in engineering, or technology or science
 At least five years of translation experience
 Comprehension of one or more of the following language: English, German, French, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Thai
 Proficiency in the literature of the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Thai
 Strong sense of responsibility


DTP Engineer

Qualifications:
 University degree
 Language comprehension (English, German, French, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or Thai)
 Knowledge of computers
 Four years of experience in DTP tools such as MS Word, PageMaker®, FrameMaker®, Photoshop®, Adobe Acrobat®,  Indesign®
 Strong sense of responsibility


LOCALIZATION PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:
 University degree
 At least five years of translation experience, and familiarity with CAT and localization tools
 Comprehension of one or more of the following languages: English, German, French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese
 Knowledge of computers on Windows® NT/2000/UNIX and database systems
 Proficiency in the literature of English and Chinese, Japanese, or Korean
 Project management experience
 Communication skills
 Strong sense of responsibility
